The Associate Provost for Research, Innovation, and Graduate Education acts as the principal administrator of the Office of Graduate Studies and is responsible for oversight of all operations promoting the quality of graduate programs and the well-being of graduate students. He coordinates graduate school financial affairs and the Graduate Council.

The Program Support Coordinator assists master’s, specialist, and doctoral level students with the policies and procedures related to progression towards graduation, required forms, graduation candidacy, posting degrees and thesis processing, and compliance for international students. This individual also handles enrollment management, institutional effectiveness plan, and the Graduate Student Association.

The Data Management Specialist serves as the communications coordinator and data manager to disseminate information to students, advisors, administrators, and the University community about graduate degree programs, academic guidelines, admissions, degree completion, and sponsored grant projects. She manages e-business projects to create SMART Office solutions and serves as the webpage content manager. Analytics is a major function of the role of data management for program cohesiveness and improvement.

The enrollment manager serves as the graduate admissions enrollment manager and clerical assistant. She assists students and faculty throughout the application/admissions process. She also manages general office activities and assists the Associate Provost, Program Support Coordinator, and Data Management Specialist to ensure effective operation of the Graduate Program.
